No. Every frame is analysed on the edge device and permanently deleted in milliseconds. Only alert metadata and a small AES-256-GCM encrypted thumbnail are sent to the cloud. No raw footage is ever stored or transmitted.

No. Vuis detects gestures, postures, and object states — not faces or identities. No biometric data is collected, stored, or processed.

What happens if the internet goes down?

The edge device continues operating normally for up to 72 hours without internet connectivity. The RS256 JWT license includes a built-in grace period tied to the device hardware fingerprint.
